OUR CLASS SCHEDULE

How To Take Class

Drop-in Classes are $17 with personalized experiences tailored for you. Sign up for the class of your choice above. Classes are free for members, so if you are a member just sign in and take any class.
• You will receive emails for links to the account that you have registered when you created an account with us.
• We suggest you add confirmations@api.mb-zoom.com to your email list as it will always arrive in your inbox, and might be marked as spam.
• View our class schedule online the same way you always do.
• Sign up for any class. You'll receive a confirmation email from MB–Zoom Confirmations confirmations@api.mb-zoom.com. The subject line will say Alive & Shine Center: Registration confirmed! Join your class there.
• Once you’re within 30-60 minutes of the class’ scheduled start time, you’ll receive another email reminder from reminders@api.mb-zoom.com with a unique link to access the live stream. woo!
• Make sure you are in a place with a good internet connection–otherwise, the stream may skip! 
• Click your unique link a few minutes before class is scheduled to start.
• If you have the "Zoom" app on your device already, you’ll join immediately.
• If you do not have the "Zoom" app on your device, you’ll be prompted to download it.
• If for any reason you do not get a link or email, remember to first check what email address is registered for your account and to check your spam folder. For anything else, please email us at concierge@aliveandshinecenter.com.
