OVERVIEW: 

Cancellation of classes and private sessions must be requested within specific timeframes to avoid a cancellation fee of $50. Classes must be cancelled at least 25 hours before the scheduled session, while private sessions require a 24-hour notice. Video workshops, classes, and rentals are non-refundable once purchased. Additionally, memberships are priced at $100, inclusive of a non-refundable processing fee.

Workshops, 6-month packages, and live workshops/classes are considered final purchases and are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made under very special circumstances, subject to evaluation by the manager. It's important to note that live workshops and classes, once booked and paid for, are non-refundable.

Customers are encouraged to review and understand the cancellation policy thoroughly before making any purchases or bookings. Alive & Shine reserves the right to modify or update the policy at its discretion without prior notice. By engaging with any services or products offered by Alive & Shine, customers acknowledge their agreement with the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy for Alive & Shine Online Yoga, Meditation, and Lifestyle Membership:

1. Cancellation of Classes:

   • Cancellations for classes must be requested at least 25 hours before the scheduled class time.

2. Cancellation of Private Sessions:

   • Cancellations for private sessions must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
   • If cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.

3. Video Workshops, Classes, and Rentals:

   • Video workshops, classes, and rentals are non-refundable. Once purchased, no refunds will be issued.

4. Membership Fees:

   • Membership fees are priced at $100, with an additional non-refundable processing fee.
   • Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Workshops and 6-Month Packages:

   • Workshops and 6-month packages are final purchases and are non-refundable.

Please note that all cancellation requests must be submitted through the appropriate channels provided by Alive & Shine. Any requests made via other means may not be considered valid. Additionally, refunds, if applicable, may take up to a certain number of days to process, depending on the payment method and internal procedures of Alive & Shine.
